wines

Our Pouilly-Fumé «Vent d'Anges» is a very fruity dry wine.It is the result of an assemblage of several plots Of our Vineyard and this vintage marks the installation of baptisms in our hot air balloons «Vent d'Anges» above the vineyard.

Grape harvests & Fermentation:Fermentation is done at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and then matured on fine lees.

Tasting: This fruity wine is served between 10 and 12 degrees.It is a fine wine, complex with mineral notes with citrus notes.

Agreements &dishes:It can be eaten with starters or dishes with grilled fish and fish in sauces, sushi but it is also suitable for the aperitif.
