wines

Our Pouilly-Fumé «Les Lumeaux» is an elegant and very fruity dry wine.It comes from a single plot of 2.5 hectares with an exceptionally limestone terroir that allows the Sauvignon grape to express its full potential.

Grape harvests & Fermentation:Fermentation is done at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and then matured on fine lees.

Tasting: This elegant wine offering power, balance and freshness is served between 10 and 12 degrees.It is a fine wine, complex with mineral notes with citrus notes.

Agreements &dishes:Ideal with grilled fish, it also pairs very well with seafood, shellfish or with sushi.
