wines

Our Cuvée Lucien from Pinot Noir and is a structured wine raised in oak barrels of the Bertranges forest. This one is planted on two types of soils: white earth and Caillottes.

Grape harvests & Fermentation:The grape harvestis carried out immediately afterdestemming.After vatting, the grape harvest is processed in cold maceration and fermentation at 16°.Follow-up of the décuvaison,the wine is then placed in oak barrels, where it will realize his malolactic fermentationand the wine continues its breeding of18 or 24 month before bottling.

Tasting:This wine offers a complex bouquet of red fruits (cherry, blackcurrant) liquorice with a light hint of toasted. It should be served between 12 and 14 degrees.

Agreements &dishes:it accompanies red meats, game and cheese.It can be enjoyed with a Charolais cobblestone, duck breast with black figs, rabbits, poultry in sauce.
